Tuition & Registration Info.

A non-refundable $60 annual fee is charged per family upon registration. (Pro-rated if joining mid-year).
This fee covers insurance and provides discounts on events like Birthday Parties and Saturday Night Camp Out.
The fee is charged each January for all registered families.
Pro-rated fees apply if you register after January.
Summer-only registration (June–August) is $30.

SCHOOL YEAR SESSION: You will remain enrolled in your class until June 27, 2026, unless you submit a withdrawal request.
SCHOOL YEAR SESSION: Class tuition is charged on the 27th of each month to the card on file (Visa or MasterCard).
SUMMER SESSION: Class tuition for the 7-week summer session is charged on June 27th to the card on file (Visa or MasterCard).
You must give at least two weeks’ notice by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the next month’s tuition.

Monthly tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
To cancel for the following month, email your withdrawal notice to the office by the 15th of the current month.
No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes or late cancellations.

If a class is full, please add your child to the waitlist (or multiple waitlists that fit your schedule).
We check waitlists daily and will contact you via email if a spot becomes available.
You will have 48 hours to respond. After that, we will offer the spot to the next child on the list.
Waitlist contact ends in early May 2026.

Trial classes are available only when:
- A class has an open spot
- Your child is next on the waitlist and a spot has been offered
- Limit: One trial per class

Available for Intermediate and Advanced level classes.
Please schedule your evaluation directly with the office.
Note: A $15 fee will be charged to your account if you miss your scheduled time without notice.
