All Positions - Qualifications
Ideal candidates:
- Work well in a team environment.
- Enjoy working with kids.
- Are adaptable, organized, and motivated.
- Preferably have some gymnastics experience (see positions for details).
All applicants over the age of 18 must be able to pass a background check within 30 days of hire and complete SafeSport training through USAG.org.
All Positions - Benefits & Pay
Available benefits include:
- Medical & dental insurance
- Flexible scheduling
- Part-time roles
We offer competitive pay and medical benefits to those who qualify.
Depending on experience, pay starts at minimum wage, going up to $35/hour.
Pre-Team / Team Gymnastics Coach
In addition to the qualifications, benefits, & pay that apply to all positions…
Ideal candidates:
- Are qualified to work with advanced recreational gymnasts, our developmental gymnastics team, and our competitive gymnastics team.
- Preferably have some coaching experience.
Any person hired will be required to complete a background check, a safety certification course, SafeSport, and a Fundamentals in Gymnastics Course, as well as become a USAG certified instructor within 60 days of employment.
MSGA will reimburse for any expenses incurred for these courses and will pay for the time it takes to complete.
Ninja Coach
In addition to the qualifications, benefits, & pay that apply to all positions…
No experience necessary, we’ll train the right candidates. However, gymnastics or ninja/parkour experience is a plus.
