Payment Policy & Procedures
Tuition will be posted to your account the 25th of each month and a statement sent to your email address. Tuition will be automatically charged to the credit card on file the 27th of each month. Your account will be on autopay unless you request otherwise with the office. A $15 late fee will be added to your account if tuition is not paid in full by the 7th of the month. If your credit card declines, a $10 fee is added to your account to cover this processing fee. Per the class policies and rules approved by each family, you are responsible for payment unless we are emailed your child will not be returning to class, and then we require a minimum two-week email withdraw notice.
The gym follows the Snoqualmie Valley School Districts’ calendar for closures and most breaks. See our closures and important dates on our Website’s News Page. The Competitive team does not follow the same schedule. Team coaches will determine practice schedules during days that the gym is closed.
Although the number of class days may vary each month, tuition is calculated to average out over the course of the school year. For example, some months you will receive 3 or 4 classes, other months 5, but tuition remains the same. There is a 10% discount on a second class. We also offer a 10% sibling discount. Only one discount type per account. NO PRORATING FOR MISSED CLASSES. NO REFUNDS or credits of tuition fees paid. Two weeks’ notice is required when removing your child from class. Again, no refunds are given. PLEASE REGISTER CAREFULLY.
FOR SUMMER CAMP: Camp fees are due at registration. There is a $50 non-refundable fee for Summer Camp if cancelled 30 days before your camp start date. If you are within the 14-day window of the camp start date, there will be no refund or credit given.
There are no make-ups within class sessions. If you miss a class during the month, you may attend a monthly make-up class. You must be signed up for this class, NO DROP-INS. Make-up class dates will be published in the session and may only be used in the month class is missed.
We will also host an open gym for enrolled students who miss a class due to a holiday closure. Open gym for those holiday closures will be posted during the closure month.
If you need to withdraw your child from class, we require a minimum two-week notice to the office.
There is a non-refundable Annual Family Membership Fee of $60 per family. This registration fee covers the cost of insurance for your child/family to participate in classes at MSGA and gives you a discount on events like Birthday Parties and Saturday Night Camp Out. This fee will be charged to your account at the time of membership/per family and is good from the date of membership for one year and then charged to your account annually.
Parents are invited to observe classes but must remain in the viewing area. Children not in classes must remain in the viewing area. No playing in the preschool area unless the child is in class. If your child is 5 or younger, we require a parent to present in the gym at all times.
